    The Palmako Ly Garden House 13.6m² is spaciously designed with exceptional attention to detail and constructed from premium materials throughout, making it the ideal home office, garden room, or simply a great place to entertain friends. The 88mm panel frame is built from premium Nordic spruce, whilst the ready-made wall elements come with added wind protection. Combined with treated foundation joists, this makes for an incredibly robust structure, whilst the fine-sawn cladding ensures a very attractive appearance. Both the floor and apex roof are built from high-quality 19mm tongue and groove, which will keep the log cabin’s contents protected from the elements. This premium garden room’s door is partly glazed, which, with the addition of 2 framed, full-length windows, provides the interior with plenty of natural light. The windows are all made from real glass, double-glazed and, along with the door, have been fitted with rubber seals and silicone to keep out unpleasant draughts. The door is fitted with a cylinder lock for security and the windows also enjoy metal guttering to prevent water damage. Both door and windows can be fitted on either side of this sensational summerhouse, which comes untreated, with an excellent 5-year warranty, and is also available as a 10.2m2. A kit and instruction manual are supplied to help with a straight-forward assembly. Please note that roof covering is not included but can be purchased as an optional extra, as can internal wall cladding.
